The training approach at RBMI focuses on 3 step process
Step 1: Assessment of students’ soft skills levels, like communication, personality,
etc.
Step 2: Mentoring & Training through a module-based and activity-driven program to improve soft
skills. The process starts from year 1 on each individual roadmap. Additionally, we provide access
to corporate resources by organising guest lectures, industrial visits, and fireside sessions with
thought leaders and senior executives from the corporate world, helping students understand
real-world applications and gaining inspiration from their journeys.
Step 3: Meeting the demand by understanding our students' industry interests. We expose
them to pros and cons, providing access to a database of companies in their sector. We then
mentor them to align with hiring requirements, guiding their roadmap from their very first year.
For aspiring entrepreneurs, our avant-garde incubation centre offers capital and support. We
also encourage idea brainstorming among students and provide access to established entrepreneurs
and startups for experiential learning.
